Symbola in Claude
The Symbola connector lets Claude search packs, read what a pack decides, and give your coding agent the steps to build it. No account, nothing to install.
Add it
- Claude (web, desktop, mobile). Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Name it Symbola and paste this URL. There is no sign-in.
$ https://symbola.sh/mcp - Claude Code.
$ claude mcp add --transport http symbola https://symbola.sh/mcp - Other MCP clients. Any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP can use the same URL.
What you can ask
- "Find a pack for a research-paper library."
- "What does the Rondel pack decide about link keys?"
- "Show me Lightkone's PRODUCT.md."
- "How do I build kausalflow/homeostat in Go?" In Claude Code, it then builds it.
Tools
All five only read the public registry.
search_packs: find packs by words or category.get_pack: what a pack builds, its components, page and download.read_decisions: a pack's decisions, by component, status or words.read_pack_file: one file of a pack, such as PRODUCT.md or AGENTS.md.get_build_steps: the steps to build a pack, and the request to paste into a coding agent.
Privacy
The connector reads only the public packs on symbola.sh. It has no accounts, stores nothing you send it, and shares nothing with anyone. Like the rest of symbola.sh it runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (address, time, path) for a short time to run and protect the service. The words you search for are not logged by us. Questions: open an issue.
